What is PayPal?

PayPal is one of the world’s largest internet payment services and is widely used as a payment processer by online shoppers. Using PayPal, shoppers can securely send and receive payments online using their credit cards, debit cards or bank accounts, even if they don’t have a PayPal account. How can I start using PayPal to pay for my A&T Badminton orders?

You can pay via PayPal two ways:

1.Using a PayPal account (visit www.paypal.com for details) to process bank transfers and credit or debit card payments.

2.Using PayPal Checkout, which allows a user to pay with their credit or debit card without opening a PayPal account.

Can I change my credit card information after I've placed an order?

Once your order has been placed and approved, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount. As such, you cannot change your credit card payment information.

What if I need to add any items after I've placed my order successfully via PayPal?

Within 24 hours of the time that you made your purchase, if you wish to add items to your order, please contact us through a direct message on fb.com/atbadminton or info@atbadminton.com. Our staff will be in touch to arrange payment with you for the additional orders.

Once we receive the additional payment from PayPal, we will continue processing your order on the next business day.

What currencies can I pay in?

As we use PayPal as the payment gateway, your PayPal account or credit/debit card will be billed, in your currency, the equivalent value of the purchase in Singapore Dollars when placing the order.

If some or all of my items have been cancelled due to availability issues, how will I received a refund?

Before your parcel is shipped, our staff will be in touch with you via email to inform if there are issues with product availability and offer alternatives. In case that there are item(s) cancelled, our system will process a partial or full PayPal refund to you, depending on what has been cancelled. Refunds will occur when the available items are shipped or the entire order has been confirmed as unavailable.
