How will my orders be shipped?

[Standard Shipping]

Orders are shipped via SingPost by SmartPac (within Singapore) or Registered Airmail (overseas). In case you have missed the delivery, you can use the tracking number to collect your parcel at the nearest local governmental post office. A&T Badminton will use its discretion to determine the best shipping agent for each order, and reserves the right to change shipping agents without prior notice.

[Priority Shipping]

Orders are shipped via SpeedPost and tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. A&T Badminton will use its discretion to determine the best courier for each order, and reserves the right to change couriers without prior notice.

Is there free shipping?

For orders above S$250 within Singapore, we offer FREE SHIPPING (by Registered Mail or SpeedPost) to our customers. The tracking service is provided by SingPost / SpeedPost (www.singpost.com).

How much will shipping cost?

We use SingPost for Registered Airmail and SpeedPost for our deliveries worldwide.

All parcels will come with tracking numbers.

When will my order arrive?

In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Estimated delivery time = (1-2 days handling time) + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse and is also marked on the Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order.

Will my shipment come with a tracking number?

Yes, all shipments from A&T Badminton will come with a tracking number which will be provided to you in email and can be used to locate your parcel at www.singpost.com.

Via the Registered Airmail service, SingPost partners major governmental post offices worldwide to deliver the parcels to your door. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

If it reads “Failed Delivery” after you have tracked your parcel in the system, please proceed to the nearest governmental post office 2-3 days after the date of “Failed Delivery” with your tracking number and identity card. The local post office will assist in retrieving the parcel and handing it to you. For any further support, please contact us at info@atbadminton.com with your tracking number.

What happens to my order if it can't be delivered and is returned to A&T Badminton?

All shipments returned to A&T Badminton are considered “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts by the post office provider (i.e., the recipient is unavailable), or unclaimed shipments held by the courier agent.

When we receive undeliverable shipments, we will notify customers via email to arrange for reshipment. All reshipments incur handling fees plus reshipment fees that are the same as our regular shipping fees. Reshipment fees will be applied regardless of the original shipment’s eligibility for free shipping. Additional courier charges for return shipping may also apply.

Will I have to pay customs taxes for my shipment?

When ordering from A&T Badminton, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and A&T Badminton cannot make any guarantee as to whether shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.

Where does A&T Badminton ship its orders from?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore.

Will I receive a refund if I refuse a shipment when it is delivered to me?

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
