We have put together the most commonly asked questions about shipping for orders with our store. We usually respond within a business day, except on gazetted public holidays in Singapore.

How long do you take to ship?

Parcels are ready to ship on the next business day from the Order Date. For orders that require racket stringing, an additional business day is required (i.e. Order Date + 2 days).

Can I self-collect at your store?

Yes, purchases from our website may be collected at the VICTOR Flagship Store at 65 Ubi Road 1 #01-53 Oxley Bizhub Singapore 408729. The store is open from Mondays to Saturdays, 11am – 6pm (closed on Public Holidays).

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on your destination and the total weight of your parcel. This cost may be obtained when you have added your items to the Shopping Cart, and enter your address into the Shipping Calculator.

Can I change my shipping method?

If you had selected Self-Collection, but would like to change it to a Delivery Service, please contact us at info@atbadminton.com for assistance.

As we process orders fast, the service level for local purchases that require delivery cannot be changed.

For parcel safety and assurance, we are unable to change the shipping method for international orders.

Will I have to pay customs taxes on my shipment?

Yes, if you reside overseas, you are considered the importer of the purchased products and are responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and we cannot make any guarantee as to whether shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Can I reject a shipment when it has been delivered to me?

If you refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
