How will my orders be shipped?

By default, all orders are shipped via Aramex Priority Express so that your purchases reach you as soon as possible.

[UK, US Only – Aramex Economy Express]

We offer Economy delivery services to the UK and the US, which usually takes between 6 to 10 working days at lower rates.

To find out the rates of shipping for your purchase, please enter your shipping address at the Shopping Cart to obtain a calculation.

Is there free shipping?

At the moment, there is no promotion of shipping and the cost is dependent on the total weight of your purchase.

How much will shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depends on your destination, as well as the total weight of your parcel. This cost may be obtained when you have added your items to the Shopping Cart, and enter your address into the Shipping Calculator.

When will my order arrive?

In general, the delivery time of your shipment can be determined using the following formula:

Estimated delivery time = (1-2 days handling time) + Estimated shipping time of chosen Shipping Method.

The Expected Ship Out Date is the day that we estimate your order will leave our warehouse and is also marked on the Order Confirmation e-mail sent to you after placing your order.

Will my shipment come with a tracking number?

Yes, all shipments from A&T Badminton will come with a tracking number which will be provided to you in email and can be used to locate your parcel at www.aramex.com.

Will I have to pay customs taxes for my shipment?

When ordering from A&T Badminton, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related fees. Customs policies vary by country and A&T Badminton cannot make any guarantee as to whether shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.

Where does A&T Badminton ship its orders from?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in Singapore.

Which countries does A&T Badminton ship to?

We ship to all countries worldwide where Aramex delivers to.

Will I receive a refund if I refuse a shipment when it is delivered to me?

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
