What currency are your prices listed in?

All items listed in our store are in Singapore Dollars.

How long do you take to ship?

Normally, we take up to 2 business days to prepare your parcel for shipping. A Shipment Confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address after your parcel has been shipped.

The transit time of your parcel will depend on the shipping service that has been selected when the order has been confirmed.

 

Can I exchange or return my items?

Bought a shirt and it doesn’t quite fit? We offer a Free Exchange* service for orders within Singapore. Unfortunately, we are not able to cater to exchange requests for our overseas customers at this point.

As returns are not allowed in our store, you are advised to check your cart carefully before completing your purchase. In the rare case that a manufacturing defect has been found in the item(s) received, please contact us using the form on the right and our Customer Care team will be in touch.

*Free Exchange applies to orders within Singapore only. Item(s) must be in original packaging with tags intact. The exchange takes place within a week from the date that you contact us.

Is there a warranty for your products?

All rackets, bags and shoes sold in our store are covered by a 1-year local warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not include wear and tear.
