General Terms & Conditions for Exchange:

  1. Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item. (For instance, to return a pair of shoes, the returned package must include the tags, shoe box, paper wrapping.)
  3. Sale and Limited Edition items cannot be exchanged.
  4. A&T Sports reserves the right to reject any exchange requests.

What Qualifies for an Exchange?

Defective Item Received

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  1. Please take a photo that clearly shows the defect and the item needs to be in its original condition. (For instance, the price tag of the item should be intact.)
  2. Send this photo, along with a short description of this matter, to us at info@atbadminton.com with your order number.
  3. We will be in touch through email within the next 24 hrs to verify and arrange for re-shipping.
  4. The cost of the replacement item and shipping will be borne by us.
Incorrect Item Received

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  1. Please take a photo that clearly shows the wrong item and the item needs to be in its original condition. (For instance, the price tag of the item should be intact.)
  2. Send this photo, along with a short description of this matter, to us at info@atbadminton.com with your order number.
  3. We will be in touch through email within the next 24 hrs to verify and arrange for re-shipping.
  4. The cost of the replacement item and shipping will be borne by us.
Missing Item in Order

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  1. Send us the name of the missing item at info@atbadminton.com with your order number.
  2. We will be in touch through email within the next 24 hrs to verify and arrange for re-shipping.
  3. The cost of shipping the missing item will be borne by us.

Exchange Due to Incorrect Size Purchased

  1. Please write to us at info@atbadminton.com regarding the exchange.
  2. We will be in touch through email within the next 24 hrs to arrange for re-shipping.
  3. You will need to bear the cost for return shipping in this case, and it is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us safely.
  4. Once we have received the goods, we will ship the correct size of the product to you.
  5. In addition, you may only exchange each item once and is subject to the availability of stock.
  6. In the event that the requested size is out of stock, we regret that the exchange cannot be facilitated and the purchase is considered final.

Exchange of Purchased Item for Something Else

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges of products. We encourage you to read product information carefully before purchase.
