REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read on to find out more about our Refunds & Exchanges policies.

General Terms & Conditions for Exchange:

  1. Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  2. All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item. (For instance, to return a pair of shoes, the returned package must include the tags, shoe box, paper wrapping.)
  3. Unless otherwise specified, Sale and Limited Edition items cannot be exchanged.
  4. A&T Sports reserves the right to reject any exchange requests.

What Qualifies for an Exchange?

Defective Item Received

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  1. Please take a photo that clearly shows the defect and the item needs to be in its original condition. (For instance, the price tag of the item should be intact.)
  2. Send this photo, along with a short description of this matter, to us at info@atbadminton.com with your order number.
  3. We will be in touch through email on the next business day to arrange an evaluation of the actual product.
  4. The defective item must be shipped back to us at 65 Ubi Road 1 Oxley Bizhub #01-53 Singapore with the Order Reference no. (e.g. AT-13492) for an evaluation.
  5. If the defect has been verified, a brand new replacement (or equivalent) will be shipped to you and the cost of return will be refunded to you via PayPal.
  6. Defect cases must be escalated within 14 days of Item Delivered Date in order to be considered.
Incorrect Item Received

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  1. Please take a photo that clearly shows the wrong item and the item needs to be in its original condition. (For instance, the price tag of the item should be intact.)
  2. Send this photo, along with a short description of this matter, to us at info@atbadminton.com with your order number.
  3. We will be in touch through email on the next business day to arrange for an exchange.
  4. The cost of exchange will be borne by us.
  5. The item to be exchanged must be kept in its original condition with tags intact, or the exchange will regrettably be voided.
Missing Item in Parcel

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  1. Send us the name of the missing item at info@atbadminton.com with your order number.
  2. We will be in touch through email on the next business day to verify and arrange for re-shipping.
  3. The cost of shipping the missing item will be borne by us.
Bought the Wrong Size

Bought a shirt and it doesn’t quite fit? We offer a Free Exchange* service for orders within Singapore. Please write to us at info@atbadminton.com regarding the exchange.

  1. We will be in touch through email on the next business day to arrange the exchange.
  2. A courier will be dispatched to collect the original item from you and deliver the exchanged item at the same time, within a week of your escalation.
  3. You may only exchange each item once and is subject to the availability of stock.
  4. In the event that the requested size is out of stock, we regret that the exchange cannot be facilitated and the purchase is considered final.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cater to exchange requests for our overseas customers at this point.

Change of Mind

As returns and exchange of purchased items due to change of mind are not allowed in our store, you are advised to check your cart carefully before completing your purchase
