How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps below:

  1. Browse the site and add items to your Shopping Cart. Be sure to select the size or other options of your selected items.
  2. Go to your Shopping Cart. Make sure the number of items indicated in the “Quantity” field of each item is correct. If necessary, you can save items for later or delete items by clicking the corresponding links.
  3. When you are ready to place your order, click the “Checkout” button.
  4. Sign in again with you’re A&T Badminton account information to proceed to the checkout process.
  5. Select a Shipping Method and press “Continue.”
  6. Enter a coupon code if you have one.
  7. Select a Payment Method and enter your payment information (e.g., your credit card information and CVC) if necessary. Press “Continue” when finished.
  8. Review your order to make sure all the information is correct. Click the “Edit” button in the “Shopping Cart” section of checkout to edit the order.
  9. Click the “Place Order” button in the “Order Confirmation” section to confirm your purchase.
  10. Once the order has successfully been placed, you will be given an order number. Make note of your order number for future reference.
Can I add items after I've placed an order?

Within 24 hours of the time that you made your purchase, if you wish to add items to your order, please contact us through a direct message on or Our staff will be in touch to arrange payment with you for the additional orders.

Replacing items will delay the processing of your order. If your order has already been shipped out, we cannot replace or add items to your order.

Can I change my credit card information after I've placed an order?

Once your order has been placed and approved, your credit card will be charged for the total order amount. As such, you cannot change your credit card payment information.

Can I change the shipping address after I've placed an order?

Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the shipping address from “My Account”. If your order has not yet shipped, however, you may be able to make the necessary change by contacting us at or If your order has already been shipped out, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Can I cancel items after I've placed an order?

Once an order has been placed, we do not allow for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.

Can I change my shipping method after I've placed an order?

Yes, you may change your shipping method before your order has been shipped out. For additional shipping or handling fees, we will bill your credit card as soon as the change is made. For other payment methods such as PayPal, you must pay an additional amount before we ship out your order.

Do you offer any discount if I buy in bulk?
